Education and Training

She trained in Biology at The College of William & Mary and earned advanced degrees in Exercise Science from George Washington University and the Medical College of Virginia.

She also served on the faculty at two of her alma maters, teaching an array of courses including: human anatomy & physiology, kinesiology, and exercise prescription.

Experience

She takes her love of science and sports to the field, the classroom and the lecture circuit.

She has trained thousands of athletes, coaches and teams.

She has delivered hundreds of instructional and motivational sessions on health, fitness, injury prevention and active aging to local, regional and national organizations.

Articles and Publications

She published hundreds of articles on topics related to health, wellness, fitness and sports performance which have appeared in print journals, newsletters and online sites.  

She also published two books, Fit2Finish: Keeping Your Soccer Players in the Game, and Made to Move: Knowing and Loving God through Our Bodies.
