Made to Move: Knowing and Loving God Through Our Bodies is a 6-week study for the whole family, and specifically designed to help people of all ages know God and see the movement of God in, around, and through us.

Each day contains a scripture passage, a reflection, space and questions for response, and an easy-to-follow activity.

On weekdays, LeBolt coaches readers and participants to consider what it means to “love the Lord our God with heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love our neighbors as ourselves.” The focus for Saturdays is God’s loving obedience and how it shapes and orders our lives. Sundays are set aside for claiming rest and renewal.
